Return and Refund Policy
At Awura’s Wardrobe, we strive to provide high-quality products. Due to the intricate nature of creating handmade products, some products may have irregularities consistent with the hand making process. If you still want to return any product, please read thoroughly through our return policy. Thank you.

Returns
Our customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with anything you've purchased, you may return items for refunds or exchanges within 15 days from the time of purchase. All items must be without perfume smell or stains, and unwashed in original condition with the tag still attached. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return the item. Our policy lasts 15 days from time of purchase.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping Address
To return your product, kindly email us at awuraswardrobe@gmail.com with reason(s) for return. We will send you an address to return the product(s).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Kindly get tracking on your returns, for an easy proof of delivery. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Please allow 5-10 business days for credit to reflect on your account. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at awuraswardrobe@gmail.com.

Clearance 
You may return your clearance or sale item(s) for an exchange or store credit. 

Custom items
Please make sure all measurements are correct before sending them. Custom or altered items cannot be exchanged or returned.

Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 15 days from the time of purchase. If you wish to return an item that was already exchanged, you can only be provided with store credit if we receive the item within 15 days from the time of purchase. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at awuraswardrobe@gmail.com and we will send you the address to send the product to. Please keep in mind most of our products have a limited supply and the same product may not be available.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

UNDELIVERED SHIPMENTS:
In the instance that USPS tracking states that your package has been delivered but you have not received your items, please contact us. Once the package is in the hands of the USPS, they become liable for the safe delivery of your items. If a package isn’t properly delivered, upon notification from the customer, we will open up a case with the USPS. Please allow 2 weeks for us to investigate and arrive at a resolution. If you do not receive your order within the 2 weeks of investigation, we'll provide you with the option of either reshipping your order or giving you store credit. A refund will not be issued.
